A licensed massage therapist since 2000, I integrate deep tissue techniques with soothing (nervous system friendly) techniques. Adjusting the techniques used in your session as needed to meet your body in this moment.

I enjoy holding space for the whole person, acknowledging that true healing happens when you feel safe, supported and heard on all levels. My practice is inclusive, affirming and trauma informed. I am experienced and comfortable working with a diverse clientele: a mosaic of shapes, sizes, ages, abilities, ethnicities, races, and genders. 

In addition to therapeutic massage, I also have training in the following areas: medical massage, deep tissue, reflexology, reiki master, polarity therapy, body-contouring massage, infertility, prenatal, postpartum, and aromatherapy.

In a desire to connect and nurture the whole self, I also have completed additional training in yoga, health coaching, embodiment and recently completed the VITA method for coaching. I specialize in helping others to connect to their whole self through massage therapy and coaching.

I work collaboratively with clients and their healthcare team to help facilitate in their health and wellbeing.
